Job description

Required experience:

At least ten years experience designing and deploying virtualization solutions based on Windows Server, XenApp, XenServer, VMWare as well as system management solutions and virtual infrastructure.

Required Education:

At a minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Informatics.

General Description:

The Citrix Virtualization Engineer Configures and managers Citrix, Microsoft and VMware infrastructure; develops best practise and creates knowledge base articles for customers; troubleshoots issues and manages client projects involving new virtualization enviornment deployment or upgrades.

• Windows Server 2008 R2/ 2012 R2
• Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
• Citrix XenApp
• Citrix XenDesktop
• Citrix XenServer
• Citrix Edgesight
• Citrix Netscaler
• Microsoft App-V
• Microsoft MED-V

Desired Certifications:

• CCA — XenApp
• CCA — XenDesktop
• CCA — XenServer
• CCA — Netscaler
• CCAA — Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator

If you do not hold these certifications, you must be able to complete a CCAA track within six month

Requirements:

• Be able to pass FBI/Interpol Security Clearance
• Fluent technical, written and conversational English

Some travel within the United States may be required.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team is desired.
