Synopsys is looking for an exceptional Ethics & Compliance Program Manager. This role will join the Legal Department’s growing Ethics & Compliance Team and will report to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. We’re seeking a seasoned compliance professional with sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a pragmatic mindset .
Key Responsibilities: - Brand Development for Ethics & Compliance Program: Craft and implement a compelling brand, slogan, and imagery to enhance the visibility and understanding of the Ethics & Compliance program.
- Marketing and Brand Compliance: Work closely with Marketing and Brand departments, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Engagement Strategies: Design and execute innovative campaigns to boost interaction with the company's Speak Up channels.
- Content Creation: Develop and style concise educational materials.
- Micro Training Modules: Create brief, impactful training modules on topics like identifying government officials and state-owned enterprises.
- Annual Ethics & Compliance Month: Plan and develop content and a framework to successfully execute an annual Ethics & Compliance Month, fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.
Requirements: - Proven experience in content communication, branding, or a related field within a compliance or ethics program.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to partner effectively across different organizational functions.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $121,000 -$181,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
