Job description
Position Summary: Provide general administrative support for all aspects of the Marketing division and the FPI Agency Community. This position assists with team projects such as mailings, brochures, system updates, answering inquiries from the field and community relations activities. Essential Functions: Updates and manages various reports using Excel Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing materials Assists with the mass mailings for monthly Agency Management Reports, end of year letters, etc. Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content, arranging printing, and coordinating with other team members Responds to requests from field agencies Assists with New Agency Appointment, terminations, and conversions from limited to full service and vice versa. Responds to incoming calls to the marketing group, providing a high level of customer service Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory Provides assistance with welcome packages Assists with the processing of Agency of Record changes Other projects and duties as assigned
