Your mission:
- Generate a high quantity of leads for some of the country's most prominent law firms
- Manage large advertising budgets on a daily basis while monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as necessary
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms from start to completion.
- Closely monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and help oversee the testing of new strategies to improve results.
- Assist with both the evaluation and implementation of new marketing tools/platforms/vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years experience designing campaigns and ad strategies while also building, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for Paid Social, SEM/Paid Search, and/or Programmatic Buys. (Preferred Platforms: Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Google Display, Reddit, YouTube, StackAdapt, and TikTok.)
- 2+ years experience using direct response and lead gen advertising strategies successfully.
- Strong knowledge of how to use research platforms and marketing trends to drive advertising strategies.
- Able to work with tracking pixels and conversion APIs - understanding their functionality as well as creation, placement, and implementation.
- Experience with UTM Parameters (understanding use and ability to read and build) for attribution
- Google Analytics experience
- Highly proficient in Excel and Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiar with DataStudio, Tableau, Business Intelligence or other data visualization software
- Experience in advertising for Mass Torts and knowledge of the space
