We are seeking a talented Sous Chef for a popular South Bend, IN steakhouse where all cooking is from scratch!
You bring these skills to the table: butchering, sauce making, scheduling, safety and sanitation, ordering, inventory, can work all stations (grill, sautee, salad, raw bar), some management experience
