Job description
Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of HVAC related projects. He/She will be the main point of contact for the project and will ensure that the project is completed with the highest quality and on-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including objectives, budgets, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor and manage project progress and completed tasks
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive management
- Partner with clients to ensure successful execution of the project
- Manage and resolve project issues and risks
- Track project performance and expenditure
- Generate reports and presentations for project performance and progress
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction and mechanical processes
