Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst & Trainer focused on cable advertising traffic software to join our Advertising Technology team. 

In this role, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects by assessing business processes and providing workflow process recommendations, as well as training the Ad Tech traffic team on use of the traffic systems. The impact of your role will be enabling our clients to optimize their operational workflows and ensuring successful software launches via clear and concise training that addresses end user questions. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced trainer and/or traffic system export, ideally with deep experience in an advertising traffic organization, and has excellent analytical and communication skills. If you are looking for a role that allows you to lead cutting-edge projects and you enjoy collaborating with leaders and technical talent, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position and will be a 1099 contract to provide part-time support as needed over the next six months, with possible extension.

The hourly rate is $60-$70. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Workflow (process) discovery, analysis, and recommendations based on clients’ operational processes and knowledge of Traffic software.
• Defining and documenting workflow (process) changes in comparison to current Eclipse workflows (for each system).
• Assist with generating Training documentation, as needed.
• Provide recommendations on user permission configurations.
• Assisting with UAT and Benchmark performance testing if needed, as well as assisting the team with subject matter expertise on questions that arise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Ad Tech traffic team experience.
• Experience with process and system analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on their feet in response to unexpected user questions.
• Demonstrates an understanding of Ad tech concepts and the ability to work closely with traffic teams and users.
• Must have a results-oriented mindset and have strong organizational skills.
