Job description
Here at gpac we are working with a wonderful nonprofit organization that is looking for a Finance Manager. This is a hybrid role in Los Angeles. The Finance Manager will maintain financial routines, contract and agreements, operational processes, tools, and systems that enhance the effectiveness of our organization, align with our deep equity values, and outpaces the pace of change. Must be able to handle and resolve inquiries regarding billing problems and disputes, and also gather, organize, input and monitor all financial and operational products and procedures of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Finance
- Lead the annual audit & 990s Tax submission processes
- Processing bills, invoices and checks in a timely fashion. (Account Payables)
- Ensuring accurate billing/invoicing of customers, vendors and donors. (Account
Receivables) * Manage and reconcile all financial projects appropriately.
- Manage fund accounting and fund allocations.
- Support the annual development and maintaining of organization wide and team specific annual budgets.
- Managing Payroll with the Executive Director.
- Developing and managing contracts and agreements and also supporting contract implementation.
- Reporting activities related to pertinent processes.
- Maintaining records, documentation, and confidentiality of information.
- Analyzing all financial data, monitoring all transactions and prepare appropriate monthly/ quarterly reports upon request with leadership and support from the Executive Director.
