Extruder Operator

The Extruder Operator will set up, operate, or tend machines that extrude and form continuous filaments from liquid polymer. This role will ensure the machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.

Extruder Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Provide support for production and operation of machines as needed.• Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure production is not interrupted.• Maintain the quality of products and production machines.• Assist with packaging and storage of finished products.• Complete production reports.• Provide support for production issues and troubleshoot when the need arises.• Provide system maintenance as needed.• Maintain a clean safe work environment, following Company operating and safety procedures. • Complete work reports for production management.• Propose ideas to improve productivity, product quality, and reduce problem areas.• Other duties as assigned.

Extruder Operator Qualifications:

• Extruder machine operating experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
