What You'll Do

- Collaborate closely with our loyalty strategy team to develop and optimize loyalty and retention programs across various industries.
- Lead the financial component of our market-leading loyalty strategy practice, crafting business cases and financial models.
- Analyze customer data to derive insights and support new loyalty program strategies.
- Drive methodology and process development to enhance workflow efficiency and fuel growth.
- Present findings and deliverables to clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

What You Bring

- 8+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant client-side roles, with a focus on data/finance.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding expectations in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and facilitate growth in others.
