Location: Kalamazoo, MI

What they’re looking for: •A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.•Possess one(1) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.•Must posses a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Michigan. Hours and compensation potential: •Full time position•The salary range is between 110K-125k depending on experience.•A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement

What you’ll be doing: •Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.•Administrator must also operate the facility in accordance with the facility’s budget.

What you can expect is: •Position is located around Kalamazoo and is a 60 bed facility.•The company is a leading provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. Operate in multiple states and over 4K beds.

`Duties```
As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a nursing home facility. Your duties will include:

- Managing and supervising all staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to senior care facilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
- Collaborating with medical professionals to create individualized care plans for residents
- Overseeing the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff members to ensure optimal resident care
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors

- In-depth knowledge of senior care practices, including assisted living, dementia care, memory care, and home care services

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, staff members, and external stakeholders
