Top Dental Care is a new and leading dental clinic committed to providing exceptional oral care to our community. With a focus on patient comfort and cutting-edge dental practices. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team.
As a Dental Hygienist at Top Dental Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall oral health and well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in clinical procedures but also possesses excellent communication skills to educate and empower patients in maintaining optimal oral hygiene.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough dental cleanings and screenings to assess patients' oral health.
2. Perform scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance procedures.
3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
4. Obtain dental X-rays.
5. Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants.
6. Administer local Anesthetic.
7. Collaborate with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans.
8. Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
9. Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
2. State licensure and certification as a Dental Hygienist.
3. Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices.
4. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using dental software, Open Dental proficiency is preferred.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Exceptional communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
