About the Role: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product and Brand, as the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing the brand voice, increasing brand presence, enabling customer engagement, and finding new value propositions to support positioning with our customers in a multi-channel, B2B environment. To do this, you will be driving the marketing strategy and calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing initiatives, creating content, attending tradeshows and events, and offering transparency of the entire process to empower the business to grow.
Please note: This is an in-person, full-time position in Arvada, CO. Remote work is not offered.
What You’ll Do: - Establish and enhance the brand message across all sales channels to create clarity and alignment in how our brand adds value for our stakeholders.
- Amplify our brand voice using all available platforms including web, social media, print, and digital, through owning strategy, content, copy creation, and publishing.
- Develop and implement a wholesale-based brand presence strategy in partnership with retailers to include signage, displays, and in-store customer experiences.
- Create and implement initiatives supporting physical outreach and connection with our customers including direct mailings, tradeshows, and events.
- Develop product level messaging that can enhance the understanding of the value our products have to our customers and end consumers.
- Partner with the Product team on packaging and branding efforts to ensure a unified approach for how our brand message shows up in the market.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to develop seasonal product marketing focuses to help drive market adoption.
- Oversee and manage tradeshow and event attendance and implementation with a focus on supporting necessary sales objectives.
- Source marketing materials to support initiatives including signage, promotional items, print materials, and others as needed.
- Participate in our seasonal catalog creation process by helping to refine and perfect the seasonal positioning for both the products and the brand.

What you Bring: - BA/BS Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role with a diverse skillset across different channels.
- A robust, up to date knowledge of current marketing best practices and tools.
- Work history within a consumer goods business, preferably with a B2B interface.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- The ability to write clearly and persuasively in addition to defining problems and articulating solutions within a group setting.
- The ability and willingness to travel to and attend tradeshows and events up to 15%.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. While traveling, this position requires the incumbent to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and sitting for long periods.
