About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product and Brand, as the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing the brand voice, increasing brand presence, enabling customer engagement, and finding new value propositions to support positioning with our customers in a multi-channel, B2B environment.  To do this, you will be driving the marketing strategy and calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing initiatives, creating content, attending tradeshows and events, and offering transparency of the entire process to empower the business to grow.

Please note: This is an in-person, full-time position in Arvada, CO. Remote work is not offered.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications.

 

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. While traveling, this position requires the incumbent to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and sitting for long periods.
