We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Automation Developer has strong technical skills, is detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reviewing Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate’s best practices guidelines and support policies with the customer, including service levels and escalation procedures
- Experience with design and development of plugins, custom workflows, power apps, Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps
- Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation product;
- Develop; configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand;
- Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines;
- Ability to understand a business process from a Process Definition Document (PDD) and to conceptualize it as an automated solution;
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure with standard Automation Anywhere design principles and conventions.
- Integration and deployment of RPA projects; ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements and develop RPA solutions around them;
- Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes;
- Analyze, understand and document infrastructure requirements;
- Design the RPA process solutions in accordance the business processes in detail where required;
- Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand;
- Facilitating weekly summary status reports; monthly or quarterly support reviews and detailed review of root cause analysis findings when applicable Weekly cadence calls with the customer to track on-going support activities and projects
- Create and maintain solution documentation;
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of development experience on Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate
- Having any RPA development experience (Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism) is a plus
Preferences:
- Experience working with development teams preferred
- Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
