Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Information Technology Technician in the Export, PA area

Position Summary:

The Information Technology Technician is responsible for daily support and maintenance of the organization’s technology systems. Also accountable for the installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of technical systems (i.e. hardware/software), any related infrastructure, routine helpdesk requests for technical assistance and end user setup\ raining. Ensures that hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to best industry practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Associate’s degree, with a technical major, such as Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Knowledge in IT systems (i.e. operating system platforms, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL server), Microsoft Office Applications, equipment setup\
  epair and backup\
  ecovery practices.
• Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Additional IT certifications.
