Your Role:
As the System Director in Contract Administration Management, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our supply chain. In this remote position, you will lead, inspire, and standardize the activities of our Contract Administration team. Your role is crucial in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering innovation in our contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of contracting professionals to ensure seamless contract management.
Develop and maintain rigorous standards for our contracting repository system, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the utilization of our contract lifecycle system, providing training and support to teams.
Uphold various company policies related to contract negotiations and administration.
Collaborate with multiple departments to implement an effective contracting strategy for the organization.
Oversee the working process behind the Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence, educating and engaging end users.
Manage key vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate connection of contracted pricing to our procurement systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Healthcare Administration, or similar field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of contract management and/or supply chain experience with evidence of progressive responsibility.
Strength in building and leading collaborative teams.
Proven negotiation capability and familiarity with supplier contracting and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
