Job description

Calling all road warriors! This position is very travel heavy (at least 2 weeks of overnight travel a month) with the ability to work from home when not traveling.


Full Wage Range: $110,000-$130,000 DOE and seniority with Prestige

POSITION SUMMARY

Organize and lead the Pulse Survey Process at each Skilled Nursing Facility. Set and observe deadlines for facilities to provide effective Pulse Plans of Correction. Provide other support to sustain survey readiness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for scheduling the Pulse Review Surveys prior to the annual survey window
  2. Provide support, instruction, and feedback to facility leadership in pursuit of an effective Plan of Correction upon completion of each Pulse review
  3. Verify accuracy of the medical record utilizing accepted nursing assessment skills
  4. Responsible for scheduling team members to complete follow up review on Plan of Correction
  5. Coordinate the review of Pulse findings and follow up with Regional Director Operations and Regional Support Nurse
  6. Follow up on Plan of correction to ensure areas identified have been corrected
  7. Train Regional leadership and facility leadership on the Pulse Review process
  8. Responsible for scheduling and completing a Pulse Review at all facilities one time per year and twice per year for 1 star buildings
  9. Work collaboratively with Regional Director Operations and Regional Support Nurse to support the facility for survey readiness
  10. Trend and track findings and report to the quarterly corporate QAPI meeting
  11. Participate and report findings to monthly Clinical Operations team
  12. Performs other duties as assigned

PTO:
SNF/AL/PCI Salary: Accrue PTO at rate of 0.0615/hour during their first year/16 days.
SNF/PCI Hourly: Full-time and Part-Time team members (over20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.
