Key Responsibilities:
As the Campus President, you will be the "General Manager" of the campus, responsible for:
• Overseeing all campus operations, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, Student Affairs, Business Office, and Student Records.
• Managing the campus budget and achieving financial targets.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory benchmarks and student outcomes.
• Leading the development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Fostering employee development, team building, and a vibrant work environment.
• Directing business development to increase market share.
• Driving continuous improvement in educational and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A Baccalaureate Degree in Education, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in Career Education Management or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing a team and developing talent.
• An understanding of the dynamics of the education and healthcare industries.
• The ability to establish credibility with educators and accrediting agencies.

Compensation: $165-$175k/annually (Based on Education/Experience)
