Corporate Relations Manager

Job description

The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for executing and achieving UWTCs corporate fundraising and relationship management objectives by growing and strengthening relationships with specific organizations and the employees within those organizations on a year-round basis.  The Corporate Relations Manager maximizes workplace giving through a concerted effort to establish, grow, and deepen relationships with company leadership, key influencers, stakeholders and donors with the goal of retaining the current donor base, while reaching new donors and growing revenue.  The Corporate Relations Manager works closely with members of the Community Investment team and collaborates with other departments and volunteers to effectively communicate the UWTC mission to others.

Monday-Friday 8-5PM (flexible hours are permitted due to attendance and participation at early morning, evening and weekend meetings. ) Although remote work is permitted for this position, the individual must reside primarily in North Texas with the ability to work from the office or other required location on a daily basis if needed and when required.

For almost 100 years United Way of Tarrant County has worked to improve the lives of those in the communities we serve. As a nonprofit leader, we partner with companies, organizations, schools, religious institutions and city/state and local governments to fulfill our mission of providing leadership and harnessing resources to solve Tarrant Countys toughest social issues. We also serve as the regional grantee for Tarrant Countys Area Agency on Aging (AAA).

United Way of Tarrant County and AAA employ approximately 70 people dedicated to our mission. Through their efforts, our Campaign and the generosity of individual donors and foundations, we provide resources and funding to more than 40 partner agencies that focus on education, financial stability and health and wellbeing.
