Join our dynamic team as a Virtual/Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor for a School-Based Assignment in San Diego, CA! We're on the lookout for talented individuals to assess, treat, and manage speech-language caseloads across all grade levels. Responsibilities:

Develop evidence-based therapy plans and goals for speech/language disorders.
Conduct evaluations and administer standardized tests for accurate diagnosis.
Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with legal requirements for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues, attend training sessions, and support Special Education (SPED) teachers and General Education (GE) staff.
Qualifications:

Current SLP License valid in California.
Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Experience supervising SLPA and familiarity with virtual assessments.
Knowledge of California Special Education law and regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
