As a Project Scope Reviewer, you will work collaboratively with our Corporate Operations Manager and third-party vendors to evaluate and refine project scopes for various property improvement initiatives. Your keen eye for detail, knowledge of construction and property management, and effective communication skills will contribute directly to the success of our projects and overall resident satisfaction. This person should be located within 3-4 hours of Indianapolis for ongoing training and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess project scopes submitted by RENU employees and third-party vendors for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards.
- Review and assess project change orders as the project progresses.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Operations Manager and third-party vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather additional information or clarification as needed.
- Verify compliance with local regulations and RENU property standards for all proposed Scopes of Work and subsequent change orders.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project scopes.
- Maintain organized records of project scope reviews and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management, construction management, home inspections or property management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and property improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Moderate computer/software skills - with an emphasis on Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools and project management software.
- Strong Analytical ability
