Overview What We’re Looking For
As an Information Technology Senior Consultant (ITSC) you will be become part of a dynamic research and development team. You will perform as a consultant in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies. The ITSC provides highly technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems. You will also perform elaborate analyses and studies while preparing reports and giving presentations. You will lead medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects as defined by the government. Additionally, the ITSC will provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
You will assist SMEs in designing Cloud and Hybrid solutions running on MS Azure, including compte, network, storage, monitoring and security. You will also provide tech support for IT Operations, AD Domain Serviecs, virtualization. transition research efforts to operational capabilities. Qualifications What You’ll Need - U.S Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- High School/GED with twenty (20) years of relevant experience; Associates degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Cloud and Hybrid solutions running on MS Azure
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Familiar with NAS storage (NetApp, ZFS, Pure, etc)
- Familiar with block storage and understand SAN fabric
- Familiar with VMWare
- Familiar with backups (Veritas, Rubrik, Cohesity, etc)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
