What you’ll be doing:
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning events.
Manage and optimize flow of value through the Value Stream.
Champion of the SAFe Transformation & Change Agent.
Track and Publish track PI Objectives/Team progress for visibility and transparency.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, System/PI demo.
Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
Help manage Risks and Dependencies; Escalate and track Impediments.
Work with Product and Engineering to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Assess the agility level of the Value Stream and help them improve.
Work with Scrum masters to increase effectiveness of Agile; Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices.
Partner with delivery leaders to ensure successful delivery against PI commitments.
What you bring to the table:
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in all areas of the professional function and advanced in-depth specialization in some.
Ability to participate in developing technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.
Ability to identify problems and significantly improve, change, or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback.
Ability to create an environment of psychological safety.
Ability to hear and relay feedback with discretion.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of related work experience:
Planned and facilitated Scrum events for multiple teams
Has driven ART improvement through communication & tracking of metrics and goals
Agile / Scrum certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Daily Stand Ups, refinement)
Planned and facilitated a productive ART retrospective with proven results and a relentless improvement mindset
Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, prioritize multiple commitments and escalate appropriately at the ART level
Coached Agile mindset and best practices
Demonstrated ability to ensure PI Planning readiness and facilitation of PI events
Has fostered collaboration across teams & business stakeholders
