Every day you will:
- MIG weld using a blueprint and fixture to weld carts and/or cart corals made of steel and/or galvanized metal.
- Work with a partner to attain production goals.
To thrive in this environment you must:
- Must have 2+ years experience welding on thin gauge (14-16) metal material.
- Demonstrate recent working knowledge of MIG welding and pass a weld test.
- Have the ability to weld from a blueprint and expert level tape measure skills.
- Be available for nine hour shifts and Saturday overtime.

1st shift starts at $19.86. Raise at 30-days, 6-months, 12-months, and 18-months. Incentive bonus for good attendance.
2nd shift starts at 20.86. Raise at 30-days, 6-months, 12-months, and 18-months. Incentive bonus for good attendance.
3rd shift starts at $21.86. Raise at 30-days, 6-months, 12-months, and 18-months. Incentive bonus for good attendance.
Benefits available after 60 days.
