Job description
Service and maintain the HVAC system of the hospital, maintain comfort levels of the hospital environment. Service the hospital ventilation system fans, Versed in the pneumatic control systems. Records and documents all services and test performed to the HVAC system. Maintain all records pertaining to HVAC systems (i.e. filter replacement logs, isolation room monitors, air balance documents, etc).
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent Minimum Experience: At least 5 years experience as a journeyman (hospital work experience is a plus). Preferred Certifications: Certified Maintenance/Other Trade school diploma, HVAC, state contractors license preferred. The hourly rate range for this position is $29.00 - $46.00.
