Job Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
Requirements:
1.) 3+ years experience with Polymer and/or Plastic Compounding
2.) 3+ years of Industrial and/or Manufacturing environment experience
3.) Strong level of Industrial + Manufacturing equipment knowledge

What You Will Be Doing

As the Polymer Engineer, you will:

- Spearhead fabrication of new polymers to support application, testing and other plastic development initiatives
- Analyze and evaluate the success of new plastics and polymers as well as ongoing developments in the plastics field
- Maintain product improvement and promote efficient lab operations to strengthen our plastics compounding and polymer processes

What You Need for this Position

Requirements:
1.) 3+ years experience with Polymer and/or Plastic Compounding
2.) 3+ years of Industrial and/or Manufacturing environment experience
3.) Strong level of Industrial + Manufacturing equipment knowledge
4.)  Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
