Department Summary:The UNT College of Music and Dallas ISD are collaborating for an exciting opportunity for 750 Dallas ISD students in 42 school to have access to weekly private lessons taught by UNT College of Music.
Position Summary:Teachers employed for this program will be scheduled to teach virtual private and group music lessons for up to 50 students in the Dallas ISD school district on their primary instrument. The hours of the position are flexible but will typically occur between 8am and 5pm.
Minimum Qualifications:Hold a degree in music from the University of North Texas’ College of MusicProvide computer equipment including laptop, microphone, and headphones for lessons
Required License / Registration / Certification:Complete fingerprinting via IdentoGo upon hire at own expenseSuccessfully pass Criminal History Check through Dallas ISD
Work Schedule:8:00-5:00, Weekends when approved. 30 minute lessons.
Driving University Vehicle:No
