Position Overview:
As an experienced Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in our litigation team. Your responsibilities will encompass case management, legal research, document preparation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all aspects of case management.
- Conduct legal research and assist in evidence gathering.
- Draft legal documents, maintain case files, and manage document systems.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and court personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance defense or plaintiff litigation or oil and gas.
- Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Familiarity with legal software is a plus.
