DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level accounting position is full-time and typically works 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday .

As a Dealership Clerk - Accounting Assistant, you are vital to the operations of our dealership. You manage a variety of administrative duties. Always attentive to detail, you break down car deals to verify that our documents are in compliance. If anything is off, you reach out to the proper channels to solve the problem. You scan documents and keep everything organized within our systems. When deals are complete and verified, you send them to the South Carolina DMV to be processed. Additionally, you manage a variety of clerical tasks. You take great satisfaction from successfully managing and finalizing our deals!

Other job duties include but are not limited to:

• Breaking car deals down to audit and verifying that all documents are in compliance
• Scanning deals
• Filing
• Other clerical duties at times
