Job description
The Recruiting and Payroll Specialist supports the Finance and Administration team. The role is responsible for activities including recruitment, payroll administration, record keeping, file maintenance, and HR clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for working with the Finance and Administration Team on their recruitment needs coordinating hiring activities, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining current job postings for all positions. This position will also be responsible for processing payroll and office administrative duties.
Recruiting: - Job posting
- Resume review
- Create offer letter
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Schedule all pre-employment tests
Process Payroll: - Support process weekly payroll
- Compiling payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions
- Polling weekly crew time cards and reviewing the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy
- Referral bonus
- Separation notice
Office Support: - Assist and support the Finance and Admin team
- Support team in collecting data
- Support compliance and reporting projects
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: - 2+ years experience in Payroll and HR Support function
- Must be proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is a PLUS
- Knowledge of (JazzHR, Paycom, Monday, and/or Salesforce) are a PLUS
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
Salary: 40k-45k
