We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Install Coordinator to join our team. The main duties of the install coordinator are to manage the day-to-day scheduling operations and ensure that jobs are ready for installation. Company purchasing duties per the company's purchasing procedures. The coordinator is also responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors, and inspections. The coordinator is also responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors, and the office.
Pay Scale: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Full time; Monday - Friday, occasional overtime and/or weekend work hours as needed
