What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing opportunity logs and project evaluations
- Conducting precise takeoffs and data assemblies
- Formulating estimates with practical work plans
- Cultivating our subcontractor & supplier network
- Orchestrating project management and client relations
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Fluent in civil construction with a knack for plan interpretation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HCSS Heavy Bid/Job
- Experienced with construction plan take off software
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with robust time management capabilities
