We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Role Summary
Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to create comprehensive requirements documents and user stories. They will collaborate with the development team, QA team, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Leading and undertaking Systems Analysis activities with multiple stakeholders for very complex, large-scale programs and initiatives for Financial Services and Alphabet.
Area of Responsibility

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and goals.
Create and maintain user stories to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Collaborate with QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Communicate project progress and issues to business stakeholders.
Assist in project management activities such as resource planning, risk management, and timeline monitoring.
Provide support in user acceptance testing and defect management.
Conduct training and aid end-users during product implementation.
Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies
Support change management activities, including user training and documentation updates.
Participate in release planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Knowledge / Experience
Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in creating comprehensive requirements documents and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience in collaborating with development teams, QA team, and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in relevant industries or domains (e.g., finance, automobile, dealer, fleet)
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC, AGILE) processes
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
