Title: Customer Success Manager - 105451
Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
As Customer Success Manager at John Deere World Headquarters located in Urbandale, IA, you will be responsible for driving customer utilization and value realization for new and existing products, including See & Spray, Autonomous Tillage, Advanced Guidance, and other premium solutions. In addition, you will:
Assist customers in their product journey: onboarding, use, and renewal
Deeply understand the product capabilities and explain them to drive positive outcomes
Improve customer value realization and product utilization in close partnership with dealer and customer support teams
Deliver customer insights that drive actions within product management, engineering, tactical marketing, customer support, and other functions
Help define how our Customer Success processes and tools need to evolve as we scale our recurring revenue businesses

Ability to work closely with many internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical capability
High customer empathy and emotional intelligence
Entrepreneurial spirit or startup experience
Product Support experience
5+ years of Customer Success Management experience
Experience with products or services that utilize Deere's Intelligent Solutions
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
