Job description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the patient experience within the healthcare space. Responsibilities:

Remote and on-site prescription data entry for CerebralRx
Preparation and dispensing of prescription medications for patients
Inventory management
Interactions with patients in-person, electronically, and over the phone, maintaining a customer-centric approach
Communication and collaboration with prescribers and supporting medical staff
Proactive resolution of prescription-related issues
Proficient navigation of proprietary EMR system
Requirements:

Active and in good-standing Florida Board of Pharmacy technician registration
3+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment
Home working environment with reliable internet access, ensuring client privacy
Additional preferred experience:
PTCB certification (CPhT) or equivalent
Mail-Order pharmacy experience
Central Fill pharmacy experience
Familiarity with EnterpriseRx
Familiarity with EMR systems
Past supervisory or leadership experience

National Base Salary Range: $24—$27 USD
