Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to assist a client of ours with a Director level full time role that is responsible for compensation, benefits and HR technology.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with compensation is very important. Understanding how to appropriately develop compensation bands aligned with responsibilities and geography.
- Assist company with benefit plans, constant review of market to ensure company is current with employee benefif offerings.
- Oversee annual benefit enrollment
- Oversee all systems related to HR, Comp, Benefits
Required Qualification(s): Must have experience with all responsibilities listed.
Preferred Qualification(s): Ideally have some experience with Mexico and APAC countries as well, but primary job responsibility is focused on the US employee base.
Duration: This is a full time role with the company directly with an attractive salary, excellent benefits and relocation assistance if required.
Level of Effort: Full time, on site at least 3 days/week.
Working Hours: Full time, on site at least 3 days/week.
