What You Will Do:
As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be a crucial member of our leadership team, working in harmony with the Senior Vice President of Operations and other key leaders. Your mission will be to ensure our communities receive unparalleled Sales and Marketing support, hitting financial and revenue targets while aligning with our broader business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and approve all digital advertising campaigns, including billing.
Curate and approve content for social media posts and blogs in partnership with our Marketing teams.
Regularly review and enhance website content alongside our marketing squad.
Spearhead the creation and refresh of marketing materials.
Analyze partnership outcomes and spearhead new initiatives with third-party providers.
Conduct and review competitive analyses to set competitive pricing and strategies.
Coordinate and ensure comprehensive training for new Community Engagement Directors.
Drive the development and implementation of ongoing sales training programs.
Maintain regular communication with direct reports and community leaders.
Strategize for new community launches and support existing communities.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral agencies, evaluating lead quality and fostering partnerships.
Oversee the CRM platform, ensuring it's up-to-date and effectively used.
Evaluate quarterly Marketing Plans for each community.
Manage expense reimbursements for your team.
Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Deliver detailed reports on sales and marketing performance, offering insights and analysis.
Represent our organization professionally in all interactions.
Administer our website, ensuring content is current and engaging.

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree.
5-7 years of experience in multi-site Sales and Marketing, ideally within senior housing.
Proven experience in a Vice President of Sales and Marketing role is a plus.

Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel.
