We are seeking a driven and dedicated Controller to lead our accounting division. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to work in a dynamic, rewarding company with a fun work environment!Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
401(k) matching Conducting Trust Accounting.
Signing checks for Firm expenses and costs.
Performing Bookkeeping, Bank reconciliations, and Balance sheet reconciliations.
Posting accrual entries and journal entries.
Preparing the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
Managing month-end and year-end close processes.
Preparing financial statements for costs and expenses.
Maintaining the general ledger, and journal entries.
Supporting month, quarter, and year-end close process.
Performing Trend analysis.
Developing internal control policies and procedures.
Assisting with reporting accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinating the preparation of corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.
Performing financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency preferred in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Xero
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
