Job description
We are looking for a Grade Crew Foreman to join our Construction team. As a Grade Crew Foreman, responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the crew, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met, and providing guidance to crew members. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in residential construction, supervisory, heavy equipment operating and grading experience. Must have strong knowledge of grading practices and techniques, an eye for detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Grade Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 4-5 individuals and providing guidance to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met at our sites in Columbia/Lexington. You will also be responsible for supervising activities, delegating tasks, and making sure all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum 3+ years Supervisory Experience
-Residential Construction
-Valid Drivers License, clean driving record
-Heavy Equipment Operating
-GPS for grading
Salary: $65,000-$110,000/yr based on experience (RELOCATION PROVIDED)
