Job description

As Supportive Housing Program Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the operations and services of a supportive housing program for individuals and families who are experiencing, or at risk for, homelessness, mental health issues, or other challenges that affect their ability to maintain stable housing. We’re looking for a strong leader able to inspire and engage others who can work and thrive in all BCP workspaces.

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW 

The Black Community of Portland (BCP) is a community-based non-profit organization that promotes sustainability, self-sufficiency, higher learning & empowerment among Black communities. Our goals are to 1) build lasting partnerships through networking 2) share resources that improve quality of life 3) share accountability and ownership of our collective conditions through economic development , wellness & nutrition , education & empowerment , and civic engagement on a local & federal level.
