About Us:

Hammer & Nails is the first BarberSpa™ of its kind, designed to encourage gentlemen to prioritize self-care in a safe and comfortable setting. Featuring a full bar, our relaxed, professional atmosphere offers a space to watch the game, enjoy a straight razor shave and a crafted Manhattan, or unwind with noise-cancelling headphones during a tension-relieving pedicure. Our services are available to all members of the community.

Position Overview:

We are hiring both full-time (38 hours weekly with Mondays and Tuesdays off) and part-time (20 - 26 hours weekly) Sales Concierge for our Caughlin Ranch location in Reno located at 4792 Caughlin Parkway Suite 205 in the Raley’s shopping plaza. Our location will be opening for business in early April and training will begin in mid-March.

Responsibilities:

• Selling memberships via warm leads and walk-ins
• Upselling relevant membership upgrades, gift cards, and retail
• Answering phones, confirming and booking appointments
• Cashing out members after their services
• Providing tours of the BarberSpa™
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests. Training will be provided.
• Ensuring an exceptional white-glove, luxury hotel concierge level of service to all guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the establishment.

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

The Concierge will receive an above-minimum base pay, unlimited commission on memberships sold, unlimited cash bonuses for positive reviews, and the potential to earn tips from staff and guests. More earning incentives may be available. Please note that health care will not be provided or reimbursed at this time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 and older.
• Must have experience in sales, persuasion, and closing deals - will be required to perform a sales pitch during the interview process.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with cash handling/POS systems.
• Proficient in effective communication (written and verbal).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must submit to a background check.
