Overview

The I.T. Project Manager plays a vital role in the successful execution and delivery of technology projects. Working closely with various departments and stakeholders, the I.T. Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing I.T. projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role is responsible for all telco\data connectivity sourcing for new restaurant openings and existing restaurant operations. The role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the company's technology landscape.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Lead the end-to-end execution of I.T. projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, vendors, and I.T. teams, to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and status updates
• Identify potential risks and challenges during project lifecycles and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• Responsible for overseeing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial constraints
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed established standards
• Develop change management plans to facilitate the smooth integration of project deliverables into existing business processes
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project progress
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the company's technology capabilities
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive the adoption of best practices within the I.T. project management framework
• Maintain a strong working relationship with key new restaurant opening stake holders and vendors
• Source and coordinate the ordering, installation, and usage or telco circuits for new restaurants.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years as an I.T. Project Manager, handling and delivering complex technology projects
• Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
