Pay: Commission and base-pay average $6000-$9000 Paid Time Off: We believe a healthy work life balance is crucial to an individual’s success, which is why we are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure. Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Team Service Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. Responsibilities * Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.

• Writes up customers’ vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establishes "promised time." Checks with team foreman, if necessary.
• Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy.
• Checks on the progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate.
• Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.

Qualifications* Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).

• Ability to multitask.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
• Organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize
• Deadline-oriented
• General math skills
• Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience.
