Job Description:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR landscape. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits, training, talent acquisition, and facility-level recruitment. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Managers across multiple plants and corporate support staff. Your mission will be to foster a dynamic, growth-oriented HR environment that aligns with our company's objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (4-year college degree).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Manager or Director in a manufacturing facility, both at a plant and corporate level.
- Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments (Food or Pharma) is preferred, but other manufacturing environments will be considered.
- Proficiency in all facets of HR, including employee relations, training, talent acquisition, development, and facility-level recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR teams and leading next-generation HR initiatives.
- Experience working with senior management on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, benefits negotiation, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR staff, including plant HR managers, generalists, payroll, and assistants.
- Recruit exceptional talent for our plants and HQ operations.
- Implement strategies to minimize turnover.
- Develop and implement career pathing modules.
- Enhance skills and training programs for employees.
- Create and manage compensation strategies.
- Oversee succession planning.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
- Process payroll efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with HR regulations.
- Resolve employee complaints and grievances effectively.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
