Pay Rate Range: Up to $110,000/ yearly

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who is passionate about numbers and finance, possesses excellent analytical skills, and has a strong background in the manufacturing, biotech or similar industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting corporate financial planning and analysis efforts. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform forecast and reforecast to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis.
- Evaluate the financial performance of projects, departments, and SG&A for business stakeholders
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing or biotech finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of finance experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, biotech, or similar industry
- Finance experience in a COGS environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Professional, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is a plus.
