Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Requirement Elicitation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document Salesforce & non-Salesforce requirements.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and validate business needs.
Analysis and Documentation:
Analyse current state and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
Solution Design
Work closely with solution architects and developers to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide input to the design and development of new systems or modification of existing systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with testing teams to develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce & non solutions.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
User Training and Support:
Develop training materials and provide user training sessions on Salesforce & non-Salesforce functionality.
Offer post-implementation support and address user inquiries and issues.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration , Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce & related application implementations.
Strong experience in Enterprise applications & integrations
10 + years of experience in BA
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
