Job Title: Architectural Designer

Experience Level: 3-5 Years

Education: Associates Degree in Architecture

Skills:

• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Base Cloud, AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in commercial projects, with a focus on Healthcare, Dental, Banks, and Multifamily structures
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in architecture software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Base Cloud, AutoCAD, Procore, and Teams. An Associates Degree in Architecture is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts and construction documents
• Work on a variety of commercial projects, including Healthcare, Dental, Banks, and Multifamily structures
• Utilize industry-standard software for drafting, modeling, and project management
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, requiring minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Base Cloud, AutoCAD, Procore, and Teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently
