Job description

JCC Greater Boston has an immediate need for a full-time Family Engagement Manager/Pomi Pro. This is a newly created position and an amazing opportunity to be a part of our new Pomi program that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families in and around Greater Boston. Play a vital leading role in the implementation, management, and oversight of programming and events for our innovative new mobile programming vehicle , which transforms into a play space, a performance stage, or a small group program area providing fun programs and experiences for families with young children.

This full-time, year-round hybrid job which includes: working from home, hosting events around the Greater Boston area as well as attending meetings at our home office in Newton, Massachusetts. Offering great benefits including work life balance and very generous paid time off. The starting salary is $57,120 - $69,360 per year. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity.

Requirements

As the Family Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental facilitating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant culture at Pomi events and programs, mostly on and around our new mobile programming vehicle, which can transform into a play space, a performance stage, or a small group program area. This role works directly with and supports individuals and families with children ages 0-3.

Qualifications :

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the JCC’s discretion to meet minimum criteria .
