Job description
We are looking for an accomplished Food Service Director to take charge of a very important account for us. A background in campus or healthcare dining is an absolute must. Prior experience in overseeing multiple outlets as well as substantial expertise with banquets and catering is needed. Comes with a very competitive salary and substantial benefits.
Food Service Director Responsibilities:
- Ensure special event calendars are in place on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Identify and recommend new sales and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with the District Manager regarding client communications and the retention process.
- Develop a business plan and budget for the unit with the District Manager.
- Coach and counsel associates and managers as needed, provide continuous performance feedback, and apply appropriate development tools to assist in their individual growth.
Food Service Director Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Campus or Hospital Dining
- Steady career progression and tenure.
Food Service Director Compensation
- A competitive Salary of $100 to $110K and very attainable bonuses.
