Job description
This position is Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm in a fast paced office.
Assist the Property Manager in effectively managing all of residential properties.
Will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering calls about the rentals, showing properties, leasing, create resident files, including all related paperwork and documentation, maintain all rental websites, assist the maintenance department by ensuring turnovers, moves-in, move-outs are completed on schedule, delinquencies, late notices, collections, evictions and resident relations.
Requirements
Must have the following:
Previous office and leasing experience (at least one year)
Own vehicle and valid drivers license with good driving record
Excellent communication and typing skills
Write professional letters
Detail orientated
Positive attitude
